Becca Brown

Becca Brown is the CoFounder of Solemates, the premier brand of women’s shoe care. Solemates is the first brand of shoe care created specifically for women who love shoes, by women who love shoes.  Known for the flagship line, the Solemates High Heeler®, a patented heel cap that prevents high heels from sinking into grass and getting stuck in cracks, Solemates is an innovative brand that marries the concepts of beauty and cosmetics with the practicality of shoe care.  Solemates are carried in thousands of locations all around the world including DSW, David's Bridal, Town Shoes, Le Chateau, Nordstrom, and more.  Solemates were featured on Shark Tank (Season 8, Episode 4) and in numerous media outlets including The Today Show, People Magazine, O Magazine, The New York Times Style Section, and more.  Celebrity customers include Carrie Underwood, Demi Lovato, Oprah Winfrey, Rachel Platten, Lauren Conrad, Viola Davis, Gayle King, and Natalie Morales.

Becca graduated from Harvard College with a degree in English, and was a four-year Varsity Lacrosse player. She obtained her MBA from Columbia Business School, with concentrations in Finance & Entrepreneurship. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Becca attended Harriton High School.  A former triathlete & marathoner, Becca is a competitive cyclist, and also enjoys track motorcycle riding and playing golf. Becca lives in Manhattan.
